What does being part of the Picture Family represent to you?

I’m stoked to join a company who’s roots are so embedded in changing the way we think about apparel. Picture is a leader in sustainable product development and continuously participates in the discourse around climate and our societal actions. There’s such a genuine appreciation for the planet and the beautiful places we get to enjoy as outdoor athletes. But beyond their environmental initiatives, the whole company feels like a big family – there’s an inherent connectedness, respect, and support between everyone – the riders, employees, etc. I’m happy to be a small part of it all.

Tell us, how did you start skiing?

Been mono-skiing for about 1 season, skiing since I was 3.

What are your future plans and ambitions?

I want to continue exploring my creativity both on and off the hill and in various film projects. I tend to view the chronological timeline of my life as a series of different “art projects”. My mind is always tinkering, dreaming up the next idea.

What are your best skiing memories?

First arriving at Mt. Baker with our converted schoolbus, the Honey House. After building it out for a year, a few breakdowns, negative temperature nights, and life questioning sessions, we pulled into the parking lot at Mt. Baker under the most beautiful star-lit night. We cracked a bottle of wine, and spent the next week camped below Mt. Shuksan, skiing powder every day.
